Care Instructions

We recommend all your RHONNIE items be hand washed in a mild detergent. It is best to give your special piece a nice flick out, and then reshape if need be. All items should be hung dry, in a shaded space to avoid sun damage.

All our leather products should be conditioned with a quality leather conditioner, and kept clean and out of dusty or damp areas.

Sustainability

All our orders are packaged in an up-cycled keepsake bag. These are made from off cut materials, that are destined for landfill. We encourage you to continue to use your keepsake bag and had a list of suggestions to do so.

All domestic & international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

- International orders are fluid in their estimated arrival time. Due to reduced international flights, we are unable to guarantee an arrival time for your order.

We aim to have all items shipped within 1-3 business days, unless specified in the product details. For example our "Made - To - Order" options will have specific shipping dates.
